SWAMPDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL: ***NEW YORK GIANTS +2***

Great game on deck tonight as the Mighty Mighty GMen roll into enemy territory and take on long time foe, the Philadelphia Eagles. I have stated a few times in these previous write ups that I think the Giants are secretly the real deal and on the brink of putting together a huge run and winning streak. I also think that the Eagles are overated and that the Giants will stomp them out tonight on the big stage and make a statement to set up for a GREAT matchup against their other rival next week, the Dallas Cowboys. Especially after Dallas just took out the Super Bowl Champs the way they did in an impressive manner. They went into the dreaded bird nest of Seattle and smacked the champs around a bit. I saw this coming and am mad at myself for not including them in my Muck 5, didn't do so hot with those picks today but let's not focus on that! Look away! Please! Hahah, seriously though, The Gmen win here tonight and this will surely set up a highly anticipated matchup against the Cowboys next week. I also foresee the Giants taking them out in that game as well but I will refrain from getting ahead of myself here, I'm just saying...we all know what happens when Swampy pulls out his crystal ball and sees a whole scenario play out. So let's keep that in mind after the Gmen win here tonight....but first things first, let me tell you why....

The Giants will be without their starting running back Rashad Jennings and that is okay, because they have a start waiting to emerge in Andre Williams. The thunder thighed monster from Boston College who was a Heisman hopeful two years ago. This rook can run. He will be amped tonight in his first starting gig and they will run the rock effectively behind him tonight. Another Gmen stud just waiting to become a start is rookie Wide out Odell Beckham Jr. This kid can play. We got a sneak peak of what I'm talking about last weekend when he made his debut and caught an impressive touchdown pass in the endzone as he rose up high and snatched it down out of the air. Impressive indeed. He is a speed wideout and cocky as all hell, but I like it. He plays with a swagger and as long as he can continue to back that up, I am all for it. Eli has gotten his groove back and has finally become comfortable in this new offense. He now has a deadly trio of wideouts in longtime trusty go-to man Victor Cruz, Ruben Randle, and now Odell Beckham Jr. He also has found his new favorite Tight Ends in Larry Donnell and Daniel Fells, and we all know how much Eli LOVES his Tight Ends, they are his security blanket, and he finally has them back.

The Gmen Defense is also very strong and have been playing together and very well as of late. They have found a confidence and are very talented, that is a dangerous combination. I think they will pressure Nickfoleon Dynamite tonight and force him into some mistakes. The Giants will also contain McCoy and the struggling Eagles run game to limit them and force the Eagles to throw the ball after the Gmen go up a few scores, and the Eagles will struggle to do so as all levels of New York's defense are surging and feeding off of each other's success. The Blue secondary will snatch a couple of picks tonight caused by Jason Pierre Paul and Co. Bascially what I am trying to say is, I have officailly hopped on Big Blue's bandwagon and am looking forward to the ride ahead. Will I be eating these very words in a couple of hours? It is highly possible, but I don't think so. Giants will continue the win streak and string along a 4th one here tonight and impress the NFL with the complete game that they will put together tonight on Prime Time. Gmen For the WIN!
