***AFC SHIP IN THE SWAMP - NE @ DEN***

***NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS @ DENVER BRONCOS***

AHHH YEAAAAA BABY! ONE MORE TIME WE GET BRADY VS MANNING, AS A FOOTBALL FAN YOU GOT TO LOVE IT! Two of the greats meeting for the 17th time face off in the AFC Championship en route to Super Bowl 50! However one QB is clearly battling Father Time (Manning) and the other (Brady), seems to be as strong as ever and making a case as the best QB to ever do it while chasing his 5th Lombardi Trophy! Needless to say the Sheriff himself, Peyton Manning is hoping to cap off his stellar career in a way most can only dream of, and that is with a Super Bowl victory. This feat is much easier said than done as the Broncos will host a red-hot Patriots team. Not gonna lie here, the Pats look pretty much unbeatable so far this post-season. They are clearly on a mission to stick to the NFL after that whole "deflate-gate scandal" and want to do so by winning another Super Bowl, I mean what better way? But HOLD THE PHONEEE THERE A SEC BEB! The SwampMan is believing in that "Mile High Magic" today and thinks the Orange Crush defense will show up in a big way. The pass rush tandem of Von Miller and DeMarcus Ware is arguably the best duo in the league. Tommy Brady we know gets rid of the ball in record time to avoid the pass rush even becoming a factor. With WR Julian Edelman back, this helps Tommy to execute the quick pass gameplan and I must say, it is deadly. However the Pats are without a running game and the DC Wade Phillips will play coverage with his very talented defense and rely on the effective pass rush of the front line to get to Brady and against a makeshift offensive line this may be effective. The Ponys will force Brady to hold the ball just a tad bit longer than he normally would and that will allow Miller and Ware to get hits on Brady. We all know the key to beating Brady is to light him up early and often to get him off of his game and frustrated. Add in all the pre-game trash talk that has taken place between TE Gronkowski and the Bronco defense and I think that Denver will obviously key on Gronk today and make sure to hit him low as they said they would. This I believe was a ploy to get in the head of Gronk and make him think about getting hit low when going up for a catch, as he has been before and severely injured as a result. Will it work? Who knows but I don't think the Pats will be able to throw on the Bronco defense like they did versus KC at home last weekend. On the road, I think the Pats will run into a buzzsaw of a JACKED up Bronco defense today feeding off that home field energy. I think Manning will turn back the clocks for this one and do enough to manage the game and get it done. I expect WR Demaryius Thomas to have a HUGE game today utilizing his YAC abilities to get the Broncos into the redzone. In a nutshell here, I think the Bronco defense makes a play or two and the Manning to Thomas combo is key here. Swampy going with the Peyton Brain and a side of destiny in this one. BRONCOS+3
